When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company (optional), the type of engagement you're asking about, and your message. This is sent directly to hello@cowscanfly.com to respond to your inquiry.

We do not use cookies or collect analytics data by default. If you accept the cookie notice shown on this site, we load Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no such data is collected.

Contact-form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work. Analytics data, when consented to, is used in aggregate to understand site usage and improve the site. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

The only third party that may receive data from this site is Google (Google Analytics), and only after you accept the cookie notice. We do not share contact-form submissions with any third party other than the email infrastructure used to deliver them to our inbox.

Contact-form submissions are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of client communication. You can request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.

You can ask what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@cowscanfly.com. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the cookie notice again on your next visit.
